Planetarium
Ray runs the planetarium here in town. He must do a great job to attract such a "bevy" of beauties. That's Bev on the right.

Rudolf
Rachel & Ben aren't getting married until next July so they had time to drive in from St Louis - Rudolf led the way.
Karen & Tim
Karen & Tim celebrated their union with a small group of family and friends. We were honored to be there.

Triple treat
How cool is this? Triplets - Nick, Lauren and Jack. Three times cute and three times the love. Just one of many special moments from today's family session.
Torrie
Torrie took advantage of the unseasonably warm weather today to take her pet out for a walk in the park. Oh - Torrie is the furry one! Maryann's the smiling one.

Danielle & Jason
Danielle and Jason have most of 2009 to finish planning their wedding. It doesn't look like they're too stressed about it.

Thanks!
We've been incredibly busy - and thankful for the opportunity to share so many memorable moments with friends, family and our clients who entrust us with their special memories. The schedule here in the studio has been hectic the past few weeks and we're ready to take a few days off - and to catch up on completing the many projects in process. We'll resume posting after our final wedding of the year on December 27th. Until then, our heartfelt thanks for your trust in us and for giving us the opportunity to share your happiest memories. We truly have the BEST JOB IN THE WORLD! Merry Christmas and our best wishes for a wonderful New Year.

Patrick . . . and family
Patrick (on the left here) and his family came by for a visit.
We're proud of Patrick's service as a United States Marine.

Ellen's party
Mary and Ellen hosted a Christmas party for family and friends. We were fortunate to be invited.
And our daughter suppled the cupcakes! Her reputation and business is growing as she developes "Sarah's Sugar", her cupcake business.

Sarah . . . and family
Sarah and her sibs stopped by for a few pics. Sarah's an accomplished photographer in her own right. Check her out at "Simply Captured". She's second from the right in this pic.
Moira
And the latest contender for "cutest" title is Moira, who allowed her equally delightful parents to join the fun.
Mia
It seems that it's baby week here at the studio. But that's fine with us so long as they're all as cuddly as Mia.

Andrew & Braeden
Just in time for Christmas 2008, we welcome Kevin with his son Andrew (appearing here last week) and ...
. . . Sean with his son Braeden. Cousins born 8 days apart. Guinness anyone?

Jordan
Jordan is one of the many local students (actually angels) who bake and donate pies to raise funds for less fortunate families.
Maria
A Christmas angel visited the studio last night. Her name, appropriately, is Maria. Check out those shoes!

Happy birthday Benny
Benny-the-photo-dog is a fixture here in the studio. Today we celebrate his 9th birthday. Happy birthday Benny!
Andrew
Andrew James arrived just in time to enjoy the Christmas season. Dad looks suitably enthralled - and so are we! Four hours old and counting . . .

Main Street Cupcakes
A new (and delicious) trend in weddings is a cupcake tower in place of the traditional tiered wedding cake. Unfortunately, it requires extensive tasting to select the right combination. But when duty calls, we answer! Check out Main Street Cupcakes for the full pallette.
Not the Von Trapps
Occasionally, we go to extraordinary lengths to get children engaged in the photography session. Sean, Brendan and Bridget (and dad Bobby) decided a jam session was called for.

WWII memories
As we approach the anniversary of the attack on Pearl Harbor that precipitated our entrance into war, today's post is very different. Kathy and I recently spent some time with my dad - he'll be 90 in a couple of months. Although he doesn't like to talk about it, he's a decorated WWII veteran with a purple heart and bronze star for his heroic action in the Pacific theater. His (my) family traces back to Solomon Juneau who founded Milwaukee - and he has a map handed down from my grandmother to prove it.
We were amazed to find that he had retained mementos from this historic period in American history.

Bubblicious
I dropped one of my cameras just before yesterday's wedding ceremony - but based on this picture (taken later) I guess it survived.

Lindsy & Gary
Lindsy and Gary were married under a cold November sky. But it only served to make their wedding more dramatic. A lovely couple on a lovely day.

Holly . . . all better
Remember Holly from a previous post? She's clearly a happy dog again as she celebrated thanksgiving with her family yesterday.
Sarah & Andrew
Every engaged couple is happy but Sarah and Andrew set a new happiness standard. We're looking forward to their wedding next summer in Buffalo!

Mon Ami
Located in Catawba, we think Mon Ami Winery is a great venue for a wedding - and a pretty nice restaurant as well. Amazing history and great ambiance.

Rebecca
Mysterious and beautiful, Rebecca is a poet and just wonderful to photograph.

Holly
Meet Holly. She was recovering from surgery on the day this was shot and, happily, she's now fully recovered. She's in charge of our future in-law's home.

Kiley
Kiley and her parents braved the wintry weather to allow us to meet this little treasure. It was worth it for us.

Tracy & Scott
The onset of winter weather didn't spoil the day for Tracy and Scott. Tracy's certainly a beautiful bride isn't she?
. . . and what a gorgeous couple!

Historic Christmas
Imagine opening your historic home to 1,000 visitors. That's the dedication of one of our neighbors. Their home is more than 100 years old but it looks as fresh as today.
